i had high hopes for this because this is my first matcha that ive purchased from rocky’s but i was very disappointed :( maybe my matcha lost its freshness during shipping, but there is no noticeable flavor or notes that stand out to me. it’s smooth and nice as a latte but by itself the umami notes are really muted and i just didn’t enjoy it. i’d love to give rocky’s matchas another try but i wouldn’t recommend this one specifically, i hope other people aren’t having this issue :/
