Shipping policy
Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through the carrier's website.
Shipping Costs:
All shipping costs for domestic (US) orders are reflected at checkout. For international orders, shipping costs do not include any import duties and taxes you may incur. Subscriptions incur a $10.00 shipping fee.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at help@rockysmatcha.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Changes & Cancellations:
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at help@rockysmatcha.com. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
