The blend is comprised wholly of Uji matcha—ensuring the use of only first-harvest leaves and the most traditional production and preparation methods to preserve its purity. The city of Uji is renowned for tea production of all sorts but is most recognized as being the birthplace of the tea ceremony and home to the highest quality matcha.

Im fairly New to matcha and wanted to try good quality ceremonial grade matcha. That's exactly what I received! This matcha had little to no bitterness, smooth texture, nutty flavor and a dark beautiful evergreen color. It's great in a simple latte, you dont even need syrup to enjoy it!!

this was my very first Rocky’s matcha purchase and it was a 10/10! I loved it so much! I wish it was more than 20g but it’s so good, I’d highly recommend getting it.
