Our ceremonial grade blend comes from Yame, Japan where the matcha is known to taste differently than traditional matcha from Uji, Japan.

Our ceremonial grade blend is rich and savory and boasts a beautiful green color. We recommend our ceremonial grade blend for everyday matcha drinkers and it's our favorite matcha to use for matcha lattes.

Absolutely love this one! 💚 The aroma is delicate, the color is a beautiful vibrant green, and the froth is silky smooth. But the best part is the taste — mellow, smooth, and naturally sweet without any bitterness or astringency. It’s incredibly easy to drink on its own, perfect for usucha or enjoying pure. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a ceremonial-grade matcha that truly delivers.

I agree with the reviews. As an usucha drinker, it’s a finely ground powder that results in ultra smooth, creamy texture that is easy to drink. It’s mainly a nutty flavor with umami notes and a pleasant astrigency that leaves you going for more. For the price, it’s a fantastic value. Those who complain about its cost per container don’t really understand the meticulous process of producing high quality tea, storing/shipping process that the Japanese has been cultivating for over a thousand years! Very grateful I got the chance to obtain this with the matcha shortage. Every sip is a gift, thank you Rocky’s Matcha. Ichigo, ichie

So I bought this because of TikTok, my fav matcha is Sayaka from Ippodo, dare I say that I like Sayaka much more. I like this one too but I feel like it’s very nutty (almost too much?) and not as flavourful as Sayaka, I don’t regret my purchase but it was a bit underwhelming. Not to mention the crazy price point. Definitely sticking to my Sayaka
