rocky’s matcha Nakai Okumidori Matcha is an organic, single-origin tea produced by Nakai Organic Tea Farm in Wazuka, Kyoto, Japan. It is the highest quality organic matcha offered by Nakai Organic Tea Farm at this time. Sourced from the Okumidori cultivar, the tea leaves are then ground slowly with traditional stone mill, resulting in a very fine powder. The end result is a creamy matcha with a distinct sweetness—uniquely comparable to white chocolate, roasted chestnuts, and a hint of nori.
