rocky's matcha is excited to offer the full range of single cultivar matchas from award winning producer, Mr. Kiyoharu Tsuji. Mr. Tsuji, or Tsuji-san, as we know him by, has produced award winning tea for the Japanese Imperial Family and his teas have consistently tested to have the highest amino acid scores and contents of L-theanine. The Asahi single cultivar matcha is the flagship matcha grown by Tsuji-san and features a concentrated umami taste with notes of vanilla.

    Pretty good matcha. I’m just getting into making my own match and this one was great I’d def purchase it again. The shipping was not bad at all and the packaging was amazing.

    So Creamy and Strong Vanilla Notes

    This is so good. I prefer sweeter, creamy, and notes of vanilla when it comes to my matcha. This one fits the bill on all those areas. I've tried the ceremonial blend by Rocky's matcha too and I like that one a lot, but this one I like a bit more. For the price I would probably stick to the ceremonial blend over this one and only buy this one for a treat, unless they one day have a bigger size of this one.

    The best!

    I’ve tried a lot of high brand matcha’s but this is by far my favorite. The flavor is bold and smooth and I don’t need to use more than usual just to taste matcha like I have to with other brands. I recommend this to everyone
