Okumidori is my absolute favorite from Rocky's Matcha! I keep coming back to it! It is so smooth and creates a perfect micro foam every single time. It is a bit sweet but still has a very strong matcha flavor. Pairs very well with a good brown sugar syrup, but doesn't need a whole lot in my opinion!
