Description

Our Yamabuki offering is the perfect entry price point matcha. Yamabuki is machine milled and features the Okumidori, Yabukita, Okuyutaka, and Sae-midori cultivars. This is an ideal matcha for cooking or lattes. Yamabuki has a nice balance of floral, sweet, and umami qualities.

    !!!!Creamy Fluffy Matcha!!!!

    I’ve never had a matcha produce and hold a micro foam the way this one does, and when i make it as a latte it remains fluffy and foamy in the final product for a long time. It’s super easy to work with, a deep beautiful earthy green and delicious and creamy smooth. Would 9.5/10 recommend <3

    Great matcha

    Rocky’s 100g matcha tins have become my go to since Ippodo become harder to purchase. I’ve enjoyed this variation. I drink matcha lattes daily and find this to be a good value!
