I’ve never had a matcha produce and hold a micro foam the way this one does, and when i make it as a latte it remains fluffy and foamy in the final product for a long time. It’s super easy to work with, a deep beautiful earthy green and delicious and creamy smooth. Would 9.5/10 recommend <3
