Before I make purchases, I’ve always had the habit of doing extensive research and thank goodness I did! Yamabuki has a very nutty and creamy profile that is just so damn good. Although the matcha itself isn’t as green as I would like it to be, the flavor is there. Perfect for an everyday matcha :)

Very creamy and yummy
Matcha stands strong even in latte form and has a powerful nutty flavor; Not too sour or harsh, but creamy and strong. Doesn't need any sweetener to balance it.
