Shipping Policy
Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through the carrier's website.
Shipping Restrictions:
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FO addresses, or certain remote locations. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your location, please contact us before placing your order.
Shipping Costs:
All shipping costs for domestic (US) orders are reflected at checkout. For international orders, shipping costs do not include any import duties and taxes you may incur.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at help@rockysmatcha.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Changes & Cancellations:
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at help@rockysmatcha.com. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
