This exclusive ceremonial blend has been produced with a unique machine-milling process that results in a much finer powder. It's easier to whisk, making it more accessible for everyday at-home use. This, of course, is with careful intention, as Horii Shichimeien aims to create gateways for more and more people to enjoy authentic Uji matcha in the everlasting spirit of Hinshitsu-Hon’i (“Quality First”).
