This matcha is perfect for usuchas, however in lattes I had initially lost that deep green color. After messing with my matcha ratio, I found the perfect combo. For 16 oz drinks I did 4 scoops with my chashaku and 45-50 ml of water which creates the perfect color and a taste that doesn’t get lost in flavored lattes and keeps the matcha from not being watery. This matcha is so delicious, and upon opening I sensed a chocolatey smell as well as a little floral. I had friends and family try the lattes and those who claimed to not be huge matcha fans then became one! It’s definitely palatable, and I recommend for anyone new to matcha.
